Shipping & Returns

Lead time: Your Ridgeline is built after you order. Most orders ship within 4–6 weeks of purchase.

Shipping method: Orders ship via UPS or FedEx Ground.

Shipping cost: Free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States.

Where we ship: We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). For Alaska, Hawaii, or international orders, contact us for a quote.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Packaging: Panels are packed in custom cardboard packaging to prevent damage during transit. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any shipping damage within 48 hours.

Because every Ridgeline is custom built to your exact specifications, we cannot accept returns on made-to-order products unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the affected pieces at no cost.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, your panels may already be in production and cancellation is not guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible.

Steel panels: Lifetime warranty against structural defects. Matte black powder coat is warranted against peeling and chipping under normal outdoor conditions. Raw steel will develop a natural patina — this is by design and not covered under warranty.

LED strip: 5-year warranty against failure under normal use. The LED strip is rated for 50,000+ hours.

Power supply: 2-year warranty. Replacement power supplies are available for purchase.

Corner pieces and connectors: Lifetime warranty against structural defects.
